About Us

The Burnt Ridge Bed and Breakfast, located at 1070 Burnt Ridge Road, Troy Idaho was established in 2002. The house was originally built in 1903 and has been owned by the Smith family since 1924.

 

The turn of the century farm house sits on top of a beautiful ridge with commanding views of the Palouse. It is a working farm with all of the land surrounding it in active fields of wheat, lentils and grass.

 

Part of the original farm, guests can walk through the property and enjoy the barns and other out buildings along with 2 ponds. We have a 4-wheeler which guest are allowed to use to explore the canyons and vistas near by.

 

We have free Wi-Fi, hot tub, BBQ area, fire pits, line dried sheets on every bed and that can be pre-warmed, laundry facilities and either a self serve breakfast or a gourmet breakfast with a four course meal featuring fresh eggs, meats, seasonal fruit and fresh baked goods.

 

We have a King Suite on the first floor which features surrounding views of the Palouse and french doors out to the hot tub. Also on the main floor is the guest bathroom, kitchen and living room.

 

On the second floor, there are three quest rooms and a shared bathroom.

 

Guests can rent rooms or the whole house. We also can accommodate RV, trailers, campers and tents for large groups.

 

We are only 14 miles from Moscow, Idaho the home of the University of Idaho and 18 miles from Pullman, Washington, home of Washington State University.
